Kayley is a licensed paralegal who handles Ottawa and Ontario-wide matters within the paralegal scope of practice. This includes motor vehicle no-fault accident benefits claims, Small Claims court matters, Human Rights tribunal, and Canada Pension Plan disability appeals.
Kayley joined SG Injury law after graduating from the Algonquin College Paralegal Graduate Certificate program, with honours. Prior to her paralegal education, Kayley graduated from York University with a Specialized Honours of History Bachelor’s Degree, with distinction.
Before joining SG Injury Law, Kayley worked at a national insurance company in Ottawa, where she advised insureds on policy and coverage issues related to property and casualty claims pertaining to home and automobile insurance.
Since joining SG Injury Law, Kayley has been selected to serve on the County of Carleton Law Association (CCLA) Paralegal Committee; where she is dedicated to advancing the voices of paralegals within the Ottawa legal community. Kayley uses her position to inform the public and prospective paralegals about the role that paralegals play in the Courts and Tribunals of Ontario.
In her spare time, Kayley enjoys reading a good book on her Kindle and spending quality time with her family.
